We have used AFN since the 90's, so long I don't remember when we started.
We don't take that kind of longevity lightly; it is not very often that software can be counted on through every major hardware and OS upgrades. During this time we have never lost a single piece of data due to software malfunction. "Stable" is a good word to use for AFN.
The UI is simple and intuitive, which is helpful for the less tech-savvy sales people that use the program. Our salespeople track customer calls, meetings and emails as well as "Opportunities".
We use BizMobile to bring AFN to our BlackBerries.
Service from Vigilus has also been outstanding.
